Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation timelines and refund eligibility for tour packages purchased by consumers in Ukraine. It is intended to help you make an informed decision before concluding a distance arrangement.

1) What this policy covers

  • Tour package bookings arranged at a distance.
  • Refunds and cancellation handling after you submit a booking request and/or place an order (where applicable).

2) Cancellation window and refund eligibility

You may cancel your tour package booking by contacting us. Subject to the specifics of your selected package, refunds are calculated based on how much time remains before the scheduled start date.

Typical tiers (may vary by package)

  • More than 14 days before the start: refund of the paid amount, minus any non-refundable third‑party charges explicitly identified in the package details.
  • 7–14 days before the start: partial refund may apply; we may deduct actual confirmed costs and non-refundable third‑party charges.
  • Less than 7 days before the start: refund may not be available, except where required by Ukrainian consumer protection rules.

3) Fees, deductions, and what is non-refundable

Where applicable, refunds may be reduced by:

  • Actual, documented expenses already incurred on your behalf (e.g., confirmed reservations with suppliers).
  • Non-refundable third‑party charges that were identified to you in the package information before purchase.
  • Processing costs only to the extent expressly communicated and allowed by applicable law.

For distance arrangements with consumers, the information provided before concluding the contract/order and the consumer’s rights to cancellation and settlement are governed by the following acts:

  • Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX
  • Where the flow leads to an electronic transaction/order, we follow the framework of Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
  • Where personal data is collected for booking/lead purposes, processing is subject to Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI.
  • Promotional/offer content (including any stated inclusions, benefits, or availability) must be truthful and not misleading under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.
  • For sales of goods/services by order and outside retail premises rules, the relevant rules are set by Наказ Міністерства економіки України від 19.04.2007 № 103 «Про затвердження Правил продажу товарів на замовлення та поза торговельними або офісними приміщеннями».

5) Disputes and refund processing

If you request a cancellation or refund, we will confirm receipt and review your case. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where feasible. If a refund amount depends on actual costs, we may request documentation related to supplier charges as permitted by law.

If you believe your rights were affected, you can also contact us to resolve the matter, and you may seek remedies provided under applicable Ukrainian law.
