For distance/off-premises sales rules, we follow Order of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Ukraine dated 19.04.2007 № 103 «On Approval of the Rules for the Sale of Goods to Order and Off Trade Premises». Advertising claims are made in a truthful and non-misleading manner under Law of Ukraine «On Advertising» № 270/96-VR.
