What happens next

• If your request concerns a distance booking/order arrangement, we will provide the required contract confirmation and consumer information at the appropriate stage of the transaction.
• If your request includes an electronic offer/order process, we will follow the requirements of Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
• If you shared personal data (for example, name, email, or phone), processing will be carried out under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI, including using lawful grounds and, where required, obtaining consent.

Consumer information and transparency

Before concluding a distance/service booking contract, the website must present consumer-required service/product information and seller/trader identifiers so that you can make an informed decision, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX.

For sales/services arranged at a distance, the seller must also comply with the consumer information requirements under Наказ Міністерства економіки України від 19.04.2007 № 103 «Про затвердження Правил продажу товарів на замовлення та поза торговельними або офісними приміщеннями».

Any promotional claims must be truthful and not misleading in accordance with Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.
