2. Scope of retreat services
Our Carpathian spa retreat tour packages provide wellness and spa activities designed for rest, relaxation, and wellbeing. We do not provide medical treatment. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional before participating.
Availability, inclusions, schedules, and any special conditions depend on the selected package and may change prior to confirmation.
3. Requests and bookings (including distance arrangements)
If you submit a booking request or lead form through the website, your request is a step in arranging services at a distance. Before a distance/service booking contract is concluded, the website provides consumer-required product/service information and seller/trader identifiers so you can make an informed decision. The applicable consumer protection framework is set out in Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX.
Where the booking flow results in an electronic offer/order process, the trader ensures the requirements of online electronic transactions and provides the required trader information in the online process under Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
For distance/out-of-premises sales rules, the required consumer information and timing apply in accordance with Наказ Міністерства економіки України від 19.04.2007 № 103 «Про затвердження Правил продажу товарів на замовлення та поза торговельними або офісними приміщеннями».
4. Pricing and advertising accuracy
Any claims on the landing page (prices, inclusions, benefits of wellness services, availability, and similar information) must be truthful and not misleading. Advertising and promotional information are subject to Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.
Rates and package details may be updated. Confirmed details at the time of your transaction/order govern.
5. Ukrainian language information requirement
For consumer-facing offers of goods/services in Ukraine, service information provided to consumers is provided in Ukrainian (and may be duplicated in English). This requirement is based on Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної».
6. Personal data and consent
If you provide personal data to request a booking or submit a lead (for example, name, email, phone), processing will comply with Ukrainian personal data requirements, including obtaining consent where required and providing appropriate notice and legal basis. This is governed by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms depend on the selected package and the confirmation stage. If applicable, these terms are provided during the booking/confirmation process.

Our spa retreat services are wellness services. They are not medical advice or medical treatment. You should not rely on our retreat activities as a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment.
